Individual Psychotherapy for Adults and Adolescents

At our private psychotherapy practice, we offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing chronic stress, or coping with a diagnosed mental health condition, our experienced clinicians are here to support your journey toward healing and growth.

We specialize in individual therapy for adolescents and adults (ages 13 and up). Our therapists are trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+-affirming, providing inclusive, personalized care for people from diverse backgrounds.
