Rates and Insurance

Rates vary by clinician licensure and experience, ranging from $165 (pre-licensed therapist) to $190 (licensed provider). We'll go over fees during your initial consultation so you can decide what's right for you.

We're an out-of-network provider, so payment is due at the time of your session. Many clients still get partial or full reimbursement through their insurance, and a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or (HSA) can also help cover costs. After each session, you'll receive a superbill with everything you need to submit for reimbursement.

Call the member services number on your insurance card and ask:

• Do I have mental health or behavioral health benefits?

• Does my plan cover out-of-network psychotherapy providers?

• What's my deductible for mental health services, and has it been met?

• How many out-of-network sessions does my plan cover per year?

• What percentage or amount does my plan reimburse per session?

• Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?

• Consider using funds from a flexible spending account or health savings account if you have the option to open one

Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For convenience, we offer paperless billing with a card on file, and you'll get your superbill by email right after each session.

24-hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee. Insurance doesn't cover missed sessions.
